I don’t know about you, but we’re ready for fall and the delicious food that comes with it. Fall is a season with comforting foods and comforting weather. Days get shorter and leaves start to change color. Enjoy these fall grilling recipes to fill your stomach and your soul.

  • Juicy Burger

With the fall season upon us, there’s nothing like a delicious, juicy burger. The beginning of fall brings the beginning of football season. There is nothing like a delicious burger and your favorite football team on a Sunday afternoon. Might we suggest Julia Belle’s Spicy, Sweet, and Tangy BBQ and Chop Rub? This seasoning is bound to add some delicious flavor to your next grilling occasion.

  • Grilled Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are a very versatile food and when cooked correctly, they can be delicious. When you’re buying your Brussels sprouts, try and buy some that are compact and bright green for the best quality. Trim your Brussels sprouts and make sure that the stem is gone and peel any leaves that may have brown spots. When all that is said and done, try adding the Garlic Lemon Pepper seasoning from Julia Belle’s Seasonings to enhance the flavor even more!

  • Mexican Style Street Corn

While corn can be cooked in many different ways, grilling it adds a delicious flavor like nothing else. The best way to grill corn is to set your grill on medium heat, and then let the ears of the corn soak in lightly salted water for 10-15 minutes. Place the corn on the grill for 15 to 20 minutes and close the top. To make Mexican Street Corn, better known as Eloté, sprinkle on some Mexican Adobo seasoning for an added kick of flavor. After adding the Mexican Adobo seasoning, add Mayonnaise mixed with chili powder and lime juice. Lastly, garnish with cilantro.

  • Charred Sweet Potato

Nothing says fall like sweet potatoes! For this delicious fall food, all you need to do is set your grill to medium-high heat, rub your sweet potatoes in 2 tbsp of olive oil, wrap them in foil, and place them on the grill. Your sweet potatoes should stay on for about 30 to 45 minutes depending on how you like them cooked. Be sure to turn them every 5 minutes so that they can cook evenly!

  • Pulled Pork Mac and Cheese

Nothing says comfort food like a warm bowl of mac and cheese! We like to spice ours up with a barbeque flair. First, use your go-to mac and cheese recipe and cook up a batch of delicious mac and cheese. For this recipe, we highly recommend smoking a pork shoulder to make pulled pork— it adds a delicious flavor. Season your pork shoulder with Spicy, Sweet, and Tangy BBQ and Chop Rub. Next, you’ll want to wrap the pork shoulder in foil and stick it in a smoker until it reaches a temperature of 195° to 205° Fahrenheit. Cover the pork shoulder in the rub and if you want even more flavor, this rub can also be used to make a homemade bbq sauce!
